This is our patented hub mounted resinoid dicing blade. Because it is permanently mounted to its own hub there is no need to buy expensive flanges. This unique hub was designed to be dressed back to expose more of the blade as it wears. The graphite hub eliminates potential damage to the chuck. Its light weight reduces vibration and chipping. The Whisper dice blade is disposable. It is simply discarded once it is consumed. This resin bond blade provides a superior surface finish and is used for glass, ceramic, sapphire, quartz, and other similar materials. |
